Tom is president of the Relationship Whispers Institute conducting training programs for individuals and organizations on improving inter-personal relationships. Focus is upon communication skills. He is retired as director of professional development, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), National Headquarters, Alexandria, Va. Society consists of 300,000 members in the Fortune 500 Companies and smaller organizations in the U.S and 165 other countries.
Dr. Collins earned his PhD in psychology of adult learner and lifelong learning at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He taught college courses at military installations for the Department of Defense throughout the U.S. Some students were Navy Seals at Coronado Island Naval Station., CA
